Title: Electronic Timekeeping System Training (PeopleTime)

Requirement: Develop a web based training program to rapidly enable all 16,000 employees of DOL to use their new timekeeping/payroll system.
Solution: JPS was funded by the Department of Labor to create a web-delivered training course on the new electronic system for timekeeping by DOL employees.  JPS developed PeopleTime training courses that simulate the actual system and provide users with a safe and effective environment in which to gain knowledge and skills.  Different versions of the courses are available depending on the permission status of the user (e.g., employee, supervisor, and agency manager).  The training portal also notifies the payroll system when an employee has completed the training. 

Over 16,000 DOL employees have taken the PeopleTime Training.
