Title: Electronic Needs Assessment Survey Agency: Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration (PWBA) Requirement: Design, conduct, and analyze a web-based employee survey on quality of work life. Solution: JPS designed and conducted an on-line training needs survey for the Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration (PWBA). JPS experts based the survey on information gathered from reviews of existing documents, end-of-course participant evaluations, and interviews with trainers and PWBA officials.  The survey was hosted on the JPS server. The survey was for auditors, investigators, and pension benefits advisors performing PWBA enforcement and compliance assistance activities working in the D.C. National Office and in Field Offices located throughout the United States. Potential respondents were requested by email to access and complete the electronic questionnaire. A total of 310 out of 400 potential respondents completed the survey. JPS then conducted an analysis of the data using SPSS. The final deliverable for this task was a series of Power Point slides highlighting the survey findings.
