JPS develops innovative job simulations. Our employees have simulated the job of export control licensing officer, air traffic controller, financial manager, console operator, and in the Army, the Patriot Missile Launch Operator/Maintainer. Our simulations are being used in selection, training, and performance evaluation programs. We employ a unique approach to perform the job analysis, development, and evaluation of these products.
