Program Evaluation

At JPS we see a growing demand for agencies to conduct objective evaluations of their personnel systems.  We have helped many agencies evaluate their programs. For example, in last few years JPS has conducted reviews of personnel systems and other programs for the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Corporation for National and Community Services (CNCS).   This work requires a detailed understanding of traditional and alternative Federal personnel systems, program evaluation, and the possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  This is challenging work and we enjoy doing it.  To learn more about our Program Evaluation projects, click a link below:
