JPS was awarded a 5-year, $50 million project in June 2024 to support the IRS in their recruitment of new employees. Key members from the JPS project team (pictured above) gathered recently to kick off the effort and build camaraderie.

The project was awarded to JPS through the Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCATs) contract as a small business set aside.

JPS is the prime contractor and is supported by two subcontractors: Accenture Federal Services (AFS) and MarCom Group. Commonwealth Training Partners (CTP) is also an important vendor.

The work covers several critical elements to ensure a successful IRS recruitment program:  Strategic recruitment; Recruiting agent training needs assessment and training development; Applicant hiring event management; Social media advertising; and Job board opportunity announcements.
