TRAINING EVALUATION
JPS applies principles of adult instruction, the latest findings from the discipline of educational psychology, and best practices to guide agencies in evaluating their training efficiency and effectiveness. JPS evaluates courses, training departments, and the entire employee development and training system.
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) – JPS developed its proprietary evaluation technique as part of a curriculum development effort performed for the IRS. The tool was used to evaluate training products against a set of standard quantifiable criteria, which helped the IRS refine its course offerings. JPS has since used the tool to evaluate a number of courses for other public and private sector clients.
U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) – JPS evaluated the effectiveness of training materials for programs designed to assist separating military personnel obtain jobs in the information technology sector. |
